Handgeknoopt tapijt naar een ontwerp van Paul Haesaerts uitgevoerd in ateliers De Saedeleer. Op de achterkant zijn de nummering 1/6 en het monogram dS aangebracht met een kruissteek.
Dit tapijt werd door de Paul Haesaerts geschonken aan zijn vriend Charles Demey. Deze was de zoon en enig kind van Henri Evenepoel toen hij een relatie had met zijn nicht Louise Van Mettemburgh .
