Article 1: General Provisions
The webshop of the seller (hereafter referred to as “Vrouyr”) offers customers (hereafter referred to as “Customers”) the possibility to purchase products online. These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between Vrouyr and the Customer for orders placed through the webshop.
By placing an order via the Vrouyr webshop, the Customer must explicitly accept these terms and conditions. By accepting them, the Customer agrees to their applicability, to the exclusion of all other contractual conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Vrouyr.
Article 2: Price
All prices are in EURO, inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes or duties, if known in advance. If taxes cannot be calculated in advance, Vrouyr will explicitly state this or provide the calculation method.
Additional costs such as delivery, reservation, or administrative fees will be stated separately if known in advance. If they cannot be calculated in advance, this will also be explicitly mentioned.
Prices apply exclusively to the described articles. Images may be illustrative and contain elements not included in the price or differ from the article.
Article 3: Offer
Although Vrouyr carefully compiles the webshop, inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information may occur. Since Vrouyr offers handmade articles, products may differ from the specified descriptions.
The offer is valid while supplies last and can be adjusted or withdrawn at any time. If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly mentioned.
Vrouyr reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases:
- Serious shortcomings by the Customer in previous orders.
- Misuse or bad faith by the Customer.
- Depletion of stock.
- Invalid offer.
- Force majeure.
Article 4: Online Purchase Procedure
Customers can cancel or modify their order during the ordering process before completing payment. The sales agreement is concluded once the Customer has completed payment.
Customers can choose from payment methods such as credit or debit cards. Orders are delivered to an address in Belgium or can be picked up at Vrouyr.
Article 5: Delivery and Execution of the Agreement
Unless otherwise stated, products are delivered within 10 working days after payment. Deliveries are made to the specified address, up to the front door (ground floor), and may require identity verification.
In case of the Customer’s absence, additional costs for redelivery may apply. Orders must be collected within 4 weeks. After 6 weeks, Vrouyr reserves the right to dispose of uncollected items.
Article 6: Retention of Ownership
Ownership of the products remains with Vrouyr until full payment has been received from the Customer.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after delivery. The right of withdrawal can be exercised via a written declaration or by using the withdrawal form.
Returned products must be complete, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The Customer bears the cost of returning the products.
Article 8: Warranty
Consumers are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty covering defects existing at the time of delivery. Defects arising after 6 months are not presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.
Article 9: Instructions for Use and Product Characteristics
Due to the nature of handmade products, variations may occur. Customers must follow usage instructions to qualify for warranty or withdrawal rights.
Article 10: Customer Service
The Vrouyr customer service is available via the provided contact details for complaints or inquiries.
Article 11: Privacy
